It can be pretty confusing.One of the things that I decided for myself was that owning physical property in an IRA was kind of awkward and that I would prefer to use those funds for private lending.

Even if there isn't anything WRONG with it that seems like an awkward relationship to have when the frist 5 minutes of it is that conversation!

It can be an awkward situation to show a property that is occupied, however, I keep it short and sweet with the current and prospective tenant during the tour and have the formal conversation outside after showing the property.

I would want to do the same thing, but the awkward conversation is the problem here.

The first 2 seemed pretty awkward layout wise but made sense from a numbers standpoint.

Staging can help with a house or rooms that are really big and open (create two rooms within one big one) or that have awkward floor plans.In higher price points I would expect properties to be staged.

They ran the conduit awkwardly so we weren't expecting those lines to be in the middle of the yard.

Makes for a long awkward couple of months as roomies while that process plays out.
