Just because the screening algorithm tells you they are approved, you should be reviewing the credit/criminal screening yourself to catch anything they miss.Personally, I only allow cosigners on apartments with college students.

You can look on places like Zillow and Rent.com to see what's available and how long it's been available to see what rents actually are (as opposed to a computer algorithm predicting prices).
