I am excited for you that you are wanting to take action and prove to your parents that you are a capable adult.  

I'm talking we moved two adults and two kids into a 2 bed 1 bath 900sqft home. 

I was recently at a seminar where they talked about creative uses for housing like making an upscale nursing home,  home for disabled/homeless veterans or a house for special needs adults.

Hey, I'm a young adult who has been studying up on turnkey properties and the pro's and cons of owning one, studying the various markets that offer said properties and so on.

Young adult here (soon to be an old adult in one year when I hit 30), who finally decided it was time to do something with his savings.

I have a large house that I am renting to 3 adults and a couple of kids.

I rented as a young adult (18-22 years old), and NEVER had an issue with maintenance requests being postponed.

I am not making money here but I am not out anything but my time.Once all adults pass the background check, ask for a holding deposit (I use half a month's rent) and get the lease signed.  

we slept 3 toddlers and 2 adults in there last weekend.

I was torn between the whole "they are my customer so I need to keep them happy" and "they are adults and should resolve this on their own" issue.
