After owning gas for all our adult lives, our architect convinced us that induction cooktops were as responsive as gas and much, much cleaner.

A prospective tenant applied who would be one of 3 retired adults (unrelated based on their last names) living in the unit.  

You can find some old landlords that will at least entertain the idea.
