More often than not, you have to set them up ahead of time. 

I mean if you want to pay it go ahead, but just be advised you are getting taken to the cleaners. 

Oakland is not my favorite place to visit... lol.

That will put the seller’s agent in conflict with the seller, since he will be refusing to let potential buyers visit the property.

Hey @Michael Shea,I'm not native of San Diego, but I have loved it there while visiting.

I visited Cleveland years back, and to me the east side of the city was older, higher cap rates, and lower price per unit, but harder to manage.

Visit the town, meet the people in person, walk the property. 

Exciting times ahead as you embark on your real estate journey.

Visiting with your banker might be a good first step.
