I use HD/Lowes for a lot of stuff but this place is much cheaper for flooring/trim/cabinets/backsplashes.

The more material you replace (flooring, trim, drywall, subfloor) the easier it will be. 

So new trim and doors...you’re now at a total gut job.

Your focus now should finishing school, reducing expenses by house hacking and learning to trim your budget where possible then stacking the rest of the cash.

Should all baseboards and door trim be removed before laying the floor and then you add baseboards back after the floor is installed?
