Hey guys!! I am currently in the process of building a custom home for 320k in Raleigh,NC.

The sq ft of the home is 1975 and with the add on of a bonus the total is 2343 and also a screened in porch 18x12.

It's a cape cod style home from frank betz "stoneleigh cottage" look it up if you can! We are getting board and Batton and shake and stone as exterior siding. It's a 3 bedroom home with 2 1/2 bath.

We are getting upgraded kitchen with built in microwave and oven and gas range. We have a septic tank and City water. Soil class is a 4 our backyard soil was not good for septic tank so it has to go in front yard. We also have a crawl space!

Are the allowances priced right? He also stated we can move money around what we don't use to put something into something else.
