I grew up in a small town, can handle a rifle, field dress a deer and fix my own rentals, and weld circles around most people.  

Maybe all south of Pine.I remember my nephew dressing down like a bum to get through the Occupy Wall St gauntlet, then showering/changing at his offices for the day.

@Kelly Iannone - went to the lawyers office - about 6 or 7 of us there - then we walked to the court house and got there by 850 - court room eventually is almost full - Tenant walks in dressed in fatigues and actually sits by me and wants to shake hands - I do and he starts giving excuses - we just politely talk and wait until we are called. 

Self righteous ego trips can be dressed up with pretty words from anyone here including me.

IT’S WHO YOU KNOW— Dress up super nice and be very humble and/or waterworks sad and call/visit the County clerk, get them on your side, then go call/visit the city mayor, city administrator (often last longer than mayors), and get them to talk to the clerk/severing person for you.

In the interest of world class customer service, I got dressed, went over and squished the arachnid post haste then dispatched his little corpse down the drain.

Geez man you oughta be wearing a dress .

They’ll actually yell at you if you’re well dressed, pull up in a fancy car and start walking around (looking like an agent or investor), “Not for sale!” 

I don't bother with stainless steel appliances, if you need to dress up your place with a sheet of metal you've missed the real designs that truly improve the place.

My suggestion is that you go to management companies that specialize in your area and act like you are a renter (dressing appropriately)...
