I don’t think that the ADA governs ESA, but a service dog such as a seeing a Eye dog are.

It has an ADA compliant ramp built into the garage. 

It is a concrete block duplex in the Avondale/Riverside neighborhood of Jacksonville, with each side being a 2/1.
