I have contacts in Fort Smith (where I grew up), Fayetteville (where I've lived for the last few years), and here around Central Arkansas so I'm open to any of these areas.So that being said, I have a couple questions regarding wholesaling in Arkansas.

As others have said, some states such as Arkansas issue a DL to foreigners without a visa etc.
