Trumps term was the worst 4 years of my life by far.  

Price per square foot metric is one of the WORST metrics ever.Using that logic, two homes next to each other that are 3,000 square feet each should be the same value, right?

I do this because I know all the varies things that can go wrong in my market, all the little laws and nuances that can make big dollar differences that Im aware of and take advantage of daily.....things like those exist in those other markets where I have limited real estate and legal knowledge.I'll use this as an easy example, as it is a mistake I see lay people and poorly trained agents in my market make all the time.

What’s your worst networking horror story?

It's a dual weapon.There's even a big net cap/cash flow poster on here that's more or less walked into this debate and admitted not holding was a mistake.

Although its not the same as starting a syndication it can be at a lot smaller scale which can be more forgiving for mistakes.
