The cops said I was lucky , they usually dump the contents of the kitchen , all the clothing drawers , rifle thru closets .

Usually a credit card with a deposit, gas card, or a clothing store card gets them going for a few hundred. 

It won't be as easy to help them as I thought even though I've known these women all of my life; this is due to my cousin (who's their daughter and is the one who got them in this pickle) not being so willing to approach resolution any other way than with a short sale. 

I am green and know this.I like the advice on checking changed spellings--I also noticed 2 single women buyers --got married during years of living in the property.

I am always in work clothes and drive either a service van or pick up , I havent had a tenant threaten to sue , most drive nicer vehicles than me .

Looks like there are two women that run the group?  

when I started buying I had the same problem.I met an agent who most would not work with.He was very poor,hardly had a car, proper clothes etc.

Inviting friends over to wash their clothes, jacks up the utility bill, both on water and electricity or gas. 

(Its even worse in my love life to approach women lol).
