Even for the ones the village requires me to pay (i.e. water/sewer bills), I re-bill that back to the tenant Plus I PM my own properties.As far as leveraging your properties, I would definitely say to do it.

My fellow owners/investors in the area of Brookline Village or Coolidge Corner area of Boston - what is the best way to locate rentals without having to go through a realtor for apartment rentals in that area?

I currently reside in the Jersey Village area but am willing to commute to different parts of Houston metro area!

I've never seen anyone in the Village that looked like a motivated seller, except for a few out of work TV personalities.

Is it wise to call the village so they can force pest control for the entire building?
