Then they will have to work it out amongst themselves if one person does not want to pay his or her share.Unless your house is in an undesirable area I would probably keep searching for better tenants.

Most are undesirable, some fare, none good in my opinion.Is it possible after reno work to target a better quality tenant demographic or is it in a D grade area.Why is the place paid off, you should be leveraged since this property would likely cash flow with 100% financing.
