That's when I started researching other methods and ran into the BiggerPockets YouTube channel and binge-watched a lot of videMy primary residence I bought with a VA loan and seller concession and was hoping to do the same for the multi-family property, but it's not looking likely.  

The potential for significant value addition through strategic renovations and the opportunity to transform underutilized properties into desirable homes sparked my interest.

( Sales person sets up an appointment via Calendly) • I go on the appointment look at the property and sign the contract Do you have any recommendations on books/podcasts/youtube videos / mentors/ classes to help with this? 

In fact, the whole week is cheaper than it would be just to vacation there on your own because I already own the houses and the vehicles that we are going to be using.I would say the things that have been the greatest value in mastermind groups to me are the little things that are shared between group members that can completely transform someone’s business.

All of the email blasts and YouTubers tell you devastation will prevail in 2024, but nobody would click the link if they projected easy sailing...Looking forward to your thoughts!

What has really helped me understand the different tools, their capabilities and how well they integrate with others is YouTube. 

My wife and I came across the Bigger Pockets podcast and YouTube channel this past year and have always wanted to jump into real estate investing, so we figured with it being the new year now is the perfect time!
