Is Las Vegas' market overvalued today if casino/entertainment venues aren't going to open or resume traffic for a year? 

Developing websites says nothing about converting traffic into leads.

I didn't get much traffic from zillow, realtor or Cozy.

Sometimes if not in the lease but seller has a great relationship with them (they onw or developed a lot of locations for them) they can get something verbally (off the record) or if in writing the business will not guarantee as accurate or audited.It is important the sight lines of the property and what junior to large anchors are surrounding the property for daily feeder cross-traffic to the site.

If there is traffic on the job site within specified periods it will alarm the security company which will in turn contact the police and us so that we know what's going on. 

Any road work or long term construction projects in the near future that would  affect traffic to the business. 

(i remodeled it and stayed about 2months)I had a bit of relocation from work, so it is a inconvenience for me to stay in long beach now,(traffic).My goal now is to rent it out now.My question is, can i rent it out since i got a conventional loan owner occupied?

If the roads are public, they would have to go through the city/county and a traffic survey (among other things) would likely have to be done.  

Monday at 5 or a bit later is okay, just thinking of traffic.
