Great investment, a lot of learning, and a good ROI Lessons learned?

I am looking forward to learning from the community and making genuine connections to grow in real estate.

We would like to learn about how we should have went about it so that we can purchase more properties, minimize mistakes, and reduce our reliance on corporate life.

That said, here is what I've learned.1.

And a lot of old school GCs may not have the ability to take a CC and may not care to learn how to...Main question is: why do you want to do this?

I think I'll hold off on any courses and just learn more from doing and the BP community.

You’ll learn the ropes on how to be a landlord with a lower risk/higher quality tenant-base. 

I'm learning that quickly the more I dig into things, thanks for the honesty!

I am not an expert here but my thought is that you would learn a lot by getting your license and have more credibility in the industry at large so if your time and finances allow- get that license:)

This could be an opportunity to share what you've learned.
