Buzzwords - including Turnkey - that are like shiny trinkets are constantly used to attract investors and new investors are especially susceptible to sales techniques.Not to mention, the easiest person to lie to is ourselves.

It can be done in addition to your current job so there is less financial risk involved and the knowledge that is gained form the coursework and the tools that agents have access to is worth the small financial and time investment involved in my opinion and allows for continuing education opportunities related to real estate moving forward.I'm always interested in talking real estate with like minded people so feel free to reach out and let's connect!

Thanks for the responses everyone.While I don't have another unit to move the fridge to, I am going to write up lease addendum and have the tenant move the fridge to the garage on site and move it back after they leave.
