If anyone wants mine, do me a small favor.

I don't have a technical answer, but from one Ryan K to another @Ryan K. anytime I am in Vegas and think I have the perfect bet or figured out the game, I take a look around at all of the fancy radius dome ceilings or the terrazzo flooring and realize gamblers paid $30/SF for that floor.  

Im certainly not letting anything stop me from finding sellers however it doesn't do me much good if I cant move the property.

Rehab,I have spent some time meeting some of the politicians from this area and I am stunned and amazed at the absolute lack of practical knowledge that they possess.

They were stunned when the "shooter" was calmly waiting for them...and as I said above they were very reasonable since I was on a private jobsite and was fully licensed.

I also lived  in the high mountains of Colorado for years, and that was stunningly beautiful, but still not the same as the Big Sky.  

See if there is some kind of wide-mesh screen which can be "domed" over the drain or some other guard so large obstructions will still leave an adequate path for water flow.That's really a tenant issue.
