  Hitting up on Grandma or maxing out the credit cards as the scammers advise gets old to hear. 

Just sayin.This post was about listings that don’t have BB commissions losing value for unrepresented buyers because they no longer have that card to play “hey seller I’m unrepresented my offer doesn’t include commissions” won’t be there on those listings.

I am also aware of using business credit cards and liquidating them, however is that a good route?

The mentors are all very nice and try to be helpful, but if you have to put the course on a credit card then save the money and invest it

You do this by becoming an authorized user on your parents credit card.

The mailer I am sending is going to be simple - 5x7 cards and in 2 languages based on demographic data (I speak both those languages fluently) ...

Or if you can get a 0% interest credit card to purchase materials - I've had to do that in the past and put 70k on two credit cards :-/ Then when the bank finally came through I paid off the CCs. 

I have had the HVAC stolen multiple times even with a cage. 

One was even using the stolen identity of a well known NYC veterinarian for some idiot reason.
