Overall goal is to be financially free but also be a great coach because I love coaching sports. 

My advice is to make as many offers as you can, your agent might not like it, and you might go through a couple of them in the process but this is a contact sport, and the numbers matter.

Rent no matter what will always be in demand and when you setup a solid, high yield rental portfolio you will always have a steady stream of income.Oh ... and I'd buy a pro sports team or two and finance some movies in Hollywood.How about you guys?

We're mainly drinking buddies and our kids play sports together, but I think I'd be foolish not to have this conversation with a few of them and just see where it goes.  

Hi Maurice,You could always find a room mate situation in a place near grocery and some fast foods.Just pick someone who matches you (introvert, extrovert, likes sports, or reads online most of the time).That way you will be less likely to get in each others way.Ask friends first--because the are a known item, vs the unknown.Good Luck!

When the baby gets a little older that 2 hours a day of free time might vanish and become zero hours a day or negative 2 hours a day.Just because you have 2 hours a day now with a new baby doesn't mean it will last.Terrible twos, etc...When kids get a little older they can have fun at Montessori School for a few hours a day--allowing you to free your schedule somewhat.Then there will be, tumbling, or sports, or other activities as they grow older that will take up their time, all you need to do is drop them off as they get older vs sit there with them while they do it.Just my 2 cents.
