There are many online schools and live classroom-based options, however I was encouraged to use Real Estate Express.

Hi @Alfred Clarke Jr , I'd encourage you to join your local REIAs (look on meetup.com) and network with some people and see if you can get one from them.

While its not required to wholesale properties It's highly encouraged from a liability standpoint.

Then they can have some spending money and start contributing to a Roth IRA to build some good habits.Thanks again for the encouragement and have a great 2017!
