John I also wonder same thing I’ve yet to discover what a PM actually does.

I haven’t run the credit checks yet because I normally would simply reject when I was informed the required credit scores weren’t met.

Prior to understanding how to cashflow, I made to real estate investments simply because I didn't want my money sitting in the back.
