If he buys 50x 2x4s, how do you actually know that all 50 of them went to your house and that he isn't building a shed in his back yard using 'accidental overpurchase" from your job?

It truly shed some light into the dark corners of my knowledge.

I left out some information that might shed more light on the situation.We would love to purchase the land outright, but my understanding is that the property cannot be subdivided. 

Good morning BP. was wondering if anyone could shed light on my kitchen light. one minute its working just fine, the next, it wont turn on for 3 days.

So my plan is to create a carport in the back, possibly add a storage shed for each unit and even maybe an RV parking area should a tenant want to store a boat or RV at an additional cost.

As well, as a licensed contractor paying into the fund, we don't receive value from our contributions to the fund since our clients are disregarded.Having contacted the director of the MHIC asking for some light to be shed on this subject, my request was wasn't responded to until I reached out a second time several weeks later.

The only option I considered is to use a garden shed currently on the property to house several W/D units.
