Hi community,I just closed on my first investment property and it is a house hacking project. What learnings have you had that you wish you knew after closing your first deal?!

I can’t attend local real estate gatherings and any investor I network with won’t share their contractor without getting anything in return. 

This is a great community where people share lots of valuable information.

That can be an issue with shared spaces.

This is assuming you want to keep your share in real estate and not in other investments. 

Gotta say, the discussions here have been pretty informative, especially with folks like @Taylor L. and Andrew sharing their insights.Looking at your list, I’ve actually known invetors who recently ventured into Memphis and Greensboro.

I’m going to try and share a link that best shows what I have.
