I just completed a land coaching session yesterday and my student was underwhelmed with the information and felt like he didn't get his money's worth since the information I provided he had already knew and didn't think it was worth what he paid.

I decided to sign up for bigger pockets after going to a meetup.com session that the awesome J Martin organized.I'm renting a nice condo unit in downtown that is walking distance to my day job.I'm currently in a major decision point whether to buy a personal real estate in the suburbs (more affordable) but would lengthen my commute to an hour or use the cash to invest outside San Francisco or even out of state/international.
