My second is not the ideal and best choice but doable with the type of area you work with which is self installation.New hot water tanks are about $400-$900 depending on the need for the client plus any pipe adapters for the tank if needed as well as paste or tape for sealing the utility pipes. the package include instruction about installation which was not bad out of a 5 point scale of difficulties i give it a 2.5 or 3.

That means that overflow from the bowl is able to get through the floor above, the subfloor, drop down on the ceiling drywall, and damage the drywall enough for water to seep through to the visible side AND damage the paint from behind.It seems much more likely that in the course of previous repairs the toilet was removed and put back in place and the plumber thought he got away with not doing the messy work of getting rid of the old wax seal and putting in a fresh wax seal Minor seepage from the unsealed connection and a plumber covering his hind parts seems a far more likely explanation for what you're describing.Maybe you could take a picture of that ceiling?

Rarely will a company do all 3. 1) Boardup companies: As the name suggests, these companies only do boardups. 2) Restoration companies: They're involved in the demo, drying, smoke sealing & clean-outs of all the debris from the incident. 3) Rebuild/Rehab companies.

As I see it, your contract with client seals the cost plus while your contract with the bank seals the max price. 300 is the liquidated damages and would highly suggest that if time elapse is delayed on their side, you give them the penalty of 300/day as well, and/or increase the completion date.

@John WoodrichI agree with John- we started demo on a place Monday - and already got a roof on, Will have painted and 31 new windows right after that- seal up everything on the outside first and move inside so we can go most of the winter as this is a very big Reno

Mobile home parks and RV's are technically different classes of zoning and Tiny houses are deemed as RV designations becuase they don't have a HUD seal and aren't meant to be lived in full time.
