Paint for Rentals

Goes well with white subway tiles or porcelain tiles that look like marble. And I believe this is Navajo whiteFor our rentals where we need a tan look, we use Behr "Pita"Somewhere on BP is a good post on all the different paint types and ranges from the companies.Behr from Home Depot is probably the most widely available and if you register to become a pro with home depot, they send you additional discounts and your local REIA may have a program with HD for even further discounts.Note: Not sure how to rotate the image via the BP post editor.

Multi-family trash cart set out to curb side for collection
12 April 2018 | 10 replies
All are plastic wheeled carts, and you have to roll them like 15 feet to the curb by 6am on collection day, and take them back at the end of the day.I have tried various approaches with mixed results.Allowing it to overflow results in trash being thrown into the wrong cart, or stacked outside, attracting possums, raccoons, squirrels, lizards, stray cats to rip them apart and cause a mess.Do you leave it to the tenants to work it out on some rotation schedule?

tenant says he is going to call the police on me at 6 PM friday night

This is a cheap temporary solution so the tenant doesnt drive you crazy in the meantime. our windows slide left to right not up and down so there is nothing to hold a window unit in place.. it would be dangerous to put a window unit..his apartment runs length wise and if he did open the window in the front of the apartment ( living room dining room) and his bedroom in the back it would cause cross ventilation but he refuses to open the windows for safety reasons.. we are in a nice area and he is on the second floor.. our living room dining room have ceiling fans and we gave them 2 large stand up rotating fans.. the lease does say there is no compensation for a temporary lose of heat or a/c.. so would that still leave me liable for his hotel bill?
