Hi folks, Recently my tenant couple asked me if they could add a roommate when the lease is up (june1).

I found a roommate, and lived for free.

There's an interior staircase that has doors at the top and bottom that I can lock.I am free to sub-meter the electric so that my downstairs roommates can pay their own utilities, and I don't think anyone would ever suggest that I'm unable to buy new appliances for my new home :)

Buy a house, rent the extra rooms, have your rent (mostly or all the way) paid for by roommates.

Hello guys , I’m new to the house hacking method , and I got some questions hope you guys can answer some of them , I have a 3 be 2 ba SFH and I want to rent the 2 extra rooms , but I don’t know if I gotta have my future roommates sing a lease ?
