@Jonathan Satizabal you are in for a tough ride here for sure as most tenants won't have a ton of resources beyond their jobs.

Fraud=intent to deceive, and you can be negligent without committing fraud but your negligence will morph into fraud if you do nothing to meet the intent once you become aware of the situation. 

It is one stressful ride to becoming an RN. 

Number never will the only thing that has the power to fight over the markets fluctuation is your mindset and skills and luckily you have the power to refine those and morph ;) 

Also having strong cash reserves can ease the burden of negative cash flow certain months if you are trying to ride some appreciation.
