@Michael Lettieri Hey Michael - wholesalers mostly find off-market properties, put them under contract, and then resell them to investors at a higher price than what they put the property under contract for.

I don't know about your area but most places a $15k mobile home on land isn't in livable condition, what would you have done if you couldn't resell, it seems you might not have had enough capital to bring it up to rentable or livable condition.

The two mobile homes I mentioned are the only ones I have ever owned, except for one that I bought many years ago sitting on a lot which I was able to resell the trailer for the price I gave for the home and lot.
