The winter months are slow; however, the (holidays help) Thanksgiving weekend is jam-packed along with Christmas as families come together and celebrate the holidays.

The holidays just before Thanksgiving until New Year see the market mostly dormant until it roars back in mid-Feb/March.If you’re a buyer, especially one who gave up in frustration earlier in the year, I suggest getting back out there to see for yourself how the market has changed.

November should be fine, you are far away enough from the end of year holidays that can cause some delays. 

I think my last option is to try shop different lenders, hopefully find someone with relaxed guidelines.
