Is the land in the path of progress?

It sounds to me like you have some great deals already in progress. 

You want to value your equity higher and include a "roadblock to completion" premium because you own the land in the path of progress.

I'm not even yet started with my wholesaling business yet, but I have ideas about how I want to progress.

I've also had no trouble with shopping around even with other loans in progress (and I would definitely do this any time a lender throws a last-minute monkey wrench at a deal- this is extremely bad form on their part for any reason. )I've had great results with Mike Morgan at UFCU on Patton Avenue.

Set up a daily process (10 pages, 1 podcast, 1 deal, etc.) and that will lead to answers.....and then set up a new daily process for the next progressive question. 

So I already spend a lot of time studying cities and their history, touring neighborhoods, analyzing how they've developed and progressed, and all that jazz.

Let the builder build and be GC and then control draws and monitor progress like a hawk.
