One fetched the same rent at $2900 (528 sq ft studio), one fetched $100 more at $4250 (1100 sq ft 2/1), but that is likely because I always stay a bit below market voluntarily....What are you seeing in the MFH these days?

It needs to be addressed ASAP.I'm worried that the tenants might not voluntarily leave when I ask them to at the end of this month when I close on the property.If they say "no", then I cannot technically evict them because of the current moratorium on evictions in Massachusetts due to COVID.Ideally, I convince them to leave on their own terms...I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas around what I can do if they don't leave on their own terms at my request.Thank you in advance!

Does this mean they can lay claim to the washers, dryers, lawn mowers, vehicles and in our case tools that the business claimed on their taxes but not our personally purchased tools, cars, pots and pans?
