I just couldn't see holding it when that $200 could explode any minute when i know all the units need to be reroofed soon, the parking lot redone, the patio fences replaced, etc.

They are cheap, thin plastic that filter the light but don't totally block it.   

And, the next time you are having a drink at sunset on the outside patio at the Hau Tree Lanai, order a vodka tonic for me! 

We actually use plastic bubble insulation like the packing material.
