You make money in the real world, my suggestion to you would be to stick to the educational side of this site, believe me biggerpockets is the #1 website to gaining knowledge on REI....Dont waste your time typing back and fourth with people that have different goals and visions than you.

I have a vision for it, but due to commercial zoning, requires 50% down.

We found a young aggressive loan officer who saw our vision and sees he can make a boat load of commission off of us.
