The things that get hit most is peeling paint, roof life (needs at least 3 years), and in Utah (not sure elsewear) needing seismic straps for water heaters.

Today was the first day I didn't wear an N95 mask in the house and I'm fine.  2 other times I've come home with a sore throat immediately after visiting the house without a mask.I just put the carbon filter in tonight so I anticipate the musty smell to be noticeably improved tomorrow and the next day.  

Moving forward, it should go without saying that any sales going forward, must be to owner occupants, OR to a owner who can rent to an immediate family member which is totally within rights as owner, and can be masked as owner occ in some cases.

What I've found is that they are meeting monthly, the first Tuesday and first Thursday of each month.Keep your eyes peeled for their announcements.

They came back with some 40 violations, most of which pertained to the lower 2 units that were about to be gutted - unlevel floors, bad windows, peeling paint, drop ceilings were coming down, toilet always running, etc.

In fact in the back of the house a large paint chip just peeled right off because the wood underneath is is so rotted.

If you really want vinyl, consider peel and stick vinyl tile or planks.

If it's a round post over 8" in diameter, the paint can stay exposed, just can't be loose or peeling.

Keep your eyes peeled to see what is a common mail piece and think about changing one aspect to stand out more.

I really don't want properties in my name, rather I want the control of them but with the masked identity behind them.
