Seems like everyone wants to wholesale here - The competition is really high - I dont really wholesale unless it makes sense for everyone but my advice would be to try and hit the lists that arent already super flooded ( pre foreclosure, vacant, etc.)

I don't think there is a middle area where people are looking for this info and I think it wouldn't be accurate for th markets we work in like Columbus Ohio or miami florida

Just like the asking price, just because the owner suggests one interest rate or term doesn't mean you can't offer something different.
