I will just give you some of my random thoughts.When renters leave, sometimes they leave a "plethora" of stuff behind.Mattresses, dressers, couches, and general debris of all sorts.Making the apartment or home ready for the next renter is called a "Turn".Property owners Mr. and Ms. 

There is a leather sectional couch, a bunch of clothing, pots and pans, etc.  

Otherwise, they'll leave old couches, chairs, etc they don't want to move to their new place. - Absolutely no subleasing.

I think try to maximize the amount of people it can sleep with egress windows and pull-out couches/futons and put it on Airbnb. 

The house already has 5 permitted adults and a teen. plus baby supplies.Unfortunately the lease doesn't specify how long or repeatedly relatives can couch surf.

There are definitely a lot of great resources in the couching programs around here and they can be a great way to plug into a team.

If I don’t know you, and you are only looking at the house and want a quote, I won’t get off my couch unless it was for $250-500 depending on how detailed.

While couched in "heath, safety & welfare" issues, permitting is really about revenue for the local government.

She's an early to bed type, falling asleep on the couch around 8:30-9pm (kids are exhausting right?!?)

For couches, we usually find the best deals at American Furniture Warehouse in Denver (Mora, I'm not sure if there is a similar store in Boston, but it's a warehouse store that has cheaper options than other name brand furniture stores in town).
