I am currently in a leadership role in an environmental services department at a hospital (housekeeping).  

What I found is that by just providing access to knowledge and some thought leadership many of the attendees have had good success and some have partnered with me on projects. 

The military makes sure it's members follow their legal and financial obligations, so by getting the problem solved by their leadership, I am avoiding having to go to the courthouse, accruing any legal fees, etc etc.Allan  

Attitude can be a reflection of leadership!!!!

In the present context whereby its seems American leadership is trying to devaluate the US currency, it will add you some extra points on your RE investment. 

I have been working on an A.S. in Business Administration and a B.S. in Organizational Leadership.

We see deals daily from wholesalers who talk about how amazing a deal is and show how and why they come to that conclusion and sometimes agree, that from tehri vantage point it is a great deal…for the seller/wholesaler.Not saying you can’t find great agents/wholesalers who are representing the “other side” that can also provide you with great info….but you need to the leadership role here.

Leadership and Motivation is important for the entrepreneur.

That is not too much to ask these days.This is also a good chance to reassess your leadership as the landlord.

Start a thought leadership platform like a podcast or meetup group, do a few deals on your own (see my first point), hire a mentor/consultant, wholesale, birddog, etc.
