The property has so much issues now, the basement which Steve Yoak worked on has openings and there are rodent issues. the air conditioning does not works, the house is having other issues with fridge as well.

Is there a funky property tax issue that arises with the collateral that is a local municipality error and can lender quickly analyze the situation, assess and articulate the risk and allow draws to carry on or will they make the life of the borrower miserable?

Our issue is going to litigation.

Have also seen many posts from around the country with investors having the same issues. 

Don't feel bad, this happens a lot.Facing 80% vacancy and tenant issues can be tough, especially on a first deal.

There is also parking per unit and impervious cover that could be an issue.

I think issues regarding this can be avoided mostly just by tenant screening.

People might change your settings or misuse the account without meaning to, and fixing those issues could be annoying.
