I remember me saying on here somewhere in a post many years ago that cycles can be a game of musical chairs when no more spots the investors crash.

This can yield high returns but comes with more complexity, like managing operations, employees, and industry-specific risks.

The standard industry practice is around a 1% origination fee, but the borrower can decide how many points they want to pay.

It’s extremely accurate and I cross referenced my cabins and it was spot on.  

Traditional lenders in this industry won't fund you on a purchase of a SFH that has leases for rooms and the building will need to be in your LLC name which means a primary bank won't lend you either cause of that and cause of your employment status.You have a real chance to start. 

If you stop chasing leads and start earning business by showing your value versus the rest of the scabs in our industry, you will be able to call your shot on your commission.I sign all of my buyer agency agreements now at 3%, but with the proviso that if the seller is offering 2% or more, I will go down to that amount.
