I would suggest that you immerse yourself into every podcast you can find related to real estate coaching, but highly recommend LabCoat agents, Hyperfast Agent, F.I.R.E.D up by Krista Mashore, Ricky Carruth and Bryan Cassella's Supreme Being.

You really need to immerse yourself and learn all you can.

Since then I have been immersing myself in the podcast and have become interested in the idea of buy and hold real estate as a path to income replacement. 

Your next step is to immerse yourself in your education and either buy a property or invest in a syndication.If I had to do it all over again, I would have focused on financial freedom.
