We just purchased our first rental property and purchased a new refrigerator with an ice/water dispenser because I mistook an old gas line on the opposite side of the refrigerator as a water line.

The fridge could have been returned because it doesn't work or the ice maker leaks like crazy or in the case of a stove one of the burners don't work or stuff along those lines.

It’s not as simply as one selling ice cream to the public. 

Because places like the local ice cream shop was too slow they would not tip, and they could complain that the 'service was not good'  and 'they have to wait too long, the places should …"  Always criticizing our small town. 

On top of all of this, icing on the cake is that it has its own tech center development within 2 ro 3 miles called parmer innovation center.

Watching the mile long and 3/4 mile wide ice floe move back an forth between the St Joe and Coeur D'Alene rivers gets old. :)But we have a good nightly rate and we are doing OK with it.

Those things might be the "icing" as @Joe Villeneuve mentioned, but they aren't worth any more dollars.

The personal quality attributes is just the icing on the cake.
