I have 11 units total in this complex, we already did a ton of fixes the last 3 months to the point where this winter should be smooth sailing besides if something with heating goes.  

They had a one page sheet to explain there profit lossEverything they told me at this point has not been verified.They take in $124,320yr.They pay 11821 school tax6500 village tax3000 town county tax5000 insurance 3770 for landlord electric and hot water for the whole building2500 for heat and electric for the rooms for rent 1700 for the cleaning of the shared space and bathrooms for the rented rooms (2 shared baths and hallways for rented rooms)375 snow plows500 general maintenance 320 lawn care4300 for village water and sewer. 

So I see all these videos about tiny homes and it got me thinking after I saw one that was a converted bus.Is there a way you could buy a duplex rent both sides out then live in somthing like that or a rv or somthing.I mean you can buy a cheap one for like 10k it doesn't need to be able to drive just heat cool and provide electricity and toiletrysAnd I'm sure you can build everything you need in the property for not to much

My last property in 2 years I had to call a plumber twice, a heating/AC technician once, and my handyman 3 times.

New paint, new windows, Central heat/AC.

It is heated with a gas boiler.

Prices will go up - the price on gas, food, electric, heat.

Toured one place with heated pool, billiard room, tanning salon, full-sized indoor basketball gym, exercise room, movie room, and so on and so forth.

Not exactly sure of what type of heating you are talking about, but, simplistically, heat rises, so I would expect a "ceiling" unit would have to work harder...I do know about ducting, and the primary issue with flexible vs. typical sheet metal is air flow.
