Michael W. my opinions only...1) You went out of your way to handle the initial problem as best you could, made it about the tenants and not just your building, and showed genuine concern for the people who rely on you for housing.

Hi All,I'm one of millions that have found their beloved starter home under water and instead of bailing I'm doubling down on a rental transformation.

It really makes me feel like this website has people who really genuinely help each other.

I enjoy researching the fundamentals of real estate cycles and speculating on diamonds in the rough and transforming them, but need to learn a lot about financing (have made cash purchases to this point), etc. so looking to learn from you all, also open to other investment models and opportunities.

With me being a new investor and actually looking for a mentor to work with, I'm finding it hard to distinguish between someone soliciting a particular program they teach, and someone who is genuinely looking to work with someone and see them grow and become successful in their real estate career.

Of course, the police basically told her to stuff it.Oddly, she claimed that the Marshals who had served her every step of the way were actors hired by us to harass her, and that all of the court paperwork was forged.She genuinely looked stunned when everyone showed up and started moving her.Ah well, it's over.
