Along with that, there's been a solid amount of industrial activity, particularly near Riverport and the Bluegrass Commerce Park, due to a strong presence of manufacturing companies in Louisville. 

The bank and mortgage company we are using is giving us a hard time about us co-signing due to my separation and new job due to only having been separated a couple weeks now.

I'd just as soon donate to the local contractor union's retirement fund.

Funny you mention the whole GP / LP thing - I spoke to someone recently who claimed to have raised $10M+ for a fund and owned over 100 units.

Insurance companies are always looking for MTR that are furnished like ours  never stays vacant more than a week.
