, and I just moved the file over to a lender that was/is handling these cases with intelligence based on the in progress and closed "in forbearance, but current" category of loan applications.As underwriting continues to grow more inconsistent and fractured across lenders, I expect I (and others like me) will continue to benefit from being on the broker side (rather than banker or direct lender) where I can just shuffle files around to the right lender for that particular person's circumstances, rather than being stuck with "one size fits all" for all applications.

In the event any tenant anticipates any problem in meeting this obligation, for any consideration to be given to such situations, the tenant must bring such matters to our attention at least five days prior to the date payment is due.Now, for the hard nosed ones, you might leave off the last part, but I had a little bit of heart if there was a really good excuse, like in the hospital, death of a family member or loss of job, I want to know before the due date.
