It has been a long road, but I followed the correct procedures, and the tenant was removed by the state Marshals a couple of days ago.Now looking to schedule showings of the unit.She never even filed an answer, showed up in court, nothing.Of course, she went kicking and screaming.

My understanding is that you would not have to verify investors are accredited if you use this procedure, which would seem far superior to relying on Regulation D coupled with the requirement to have their attorney, CPA, etc. to verify that they are accredited if you publicly solicit.
