. :)I'm not a Realtor, but if I were then I'd probably make "just write a trash offer that'll get rejected, get it out of your system" part of my routine for nervous nelly FTHB types who are afraid to write, act like it's their virginity being lost, and want to play 50 questions for a property they don't even have in escrow yet. 

However, if your company routinely sends you on business trips, and you want to AirBNB while you are gone, you have a much better chance of the bank being cool with it, as it'll look more like a side hustle than a business.

In addition to the very simple routine, read the local paper of the area.

Multifamily varies a little bit more.My tenants are responsible for any routine maintenance that you would do in a house that you own.
